Finally switched to 3-bar OS, need some advice, please

Finally I've applied 3 bar OS, put some ballpark numbers in VE table and drove a bit. Immediately I've noticed that at the same load it shows some 7-9 KPa higher than I saw with stock MAP, also the car runs richer. My MAP offset is 10KPA (default). Before I was cruising at about 40KPa and idling at 42KPa, now 46 and 48KPa. Maybe I should bring this offset down to some 4-5KPa? I've tried a bit with offset = 4KPA and it seems to run a bit lean but closer to where it was.

What sensor are you using? Do you have the proper data for it? Did you check you KOEO Kpa on your stock MAP and OS? This is always a good idea before swapping sensors and/or OSs. Then you can compare it to your new Kpa KOEO.

Bought it as "Exact replacement for the GM P/N 12223861 sensor" here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/230598146340?item=230598146340

Well I guess what I was asking is proper data for offset
yesterday I've set my offset to 6KPa. That got back my idle/cruise readings back approx. to where they were, and also got me 102KPa at KOEO which was exactly what weather forecast was showing for my area.
So I guess, 10.33 KPa was too high for 12223861.
Or am I doing smth. wrong?

Sounds like you're on to it. Funny how the other offset looked off.

You mean 10.33KPa? Yeah, it seemed wrong right away. Someone found that offset might be 3.6KPa, but I tried 4 and it was a bit lean.
