Corvette rpms hanging issue

its a 2006 corvette m6 with LG G5x2 cam patriot performance stage 3 heads, Fast intake, melorse headers, hurricane intake. the problem im having is the revs hanging between shifting its very slow to come down from from like 3000ish. and when coming to a stop with the clutch in it revs up to like 1100 kinda hang then go down to idle when i get stopped. Dont really know where to adjust things with drive by wire stuff if somebody could throw me some pointers that would be awesome im really stumped with it. ill post my current tune that im using if somebody wants to look it over..
