Waste Gate? or unsupported table issue?

I have had this issue for a while now but its getting worse and worse it seems. I completely redid my maf tuning for this cold weather we are getting now and the car loves it but in Third gear pulls if i get any decent amount of tire spin the car shuts down for a whole second then gets back on it. i attached a picture of a log showing it happening. Usually i let out and get on it again but this time i stayed in it. Any one having this issue or know a solution? The stfts go static the instant WGDC hits 0 also and they say that way for a second or two after...
The car is running mean in this cold weather though.. On this run with the cut out it pulled a 5.1sec 60 to 100mph with .84 seconds of no boost and AFR arror still!

When the Load becomes greater than a certain point north of ~230% someplace the ECU nulls out the fuel trims for a while, that may be part of what you are seeing and why the MAF correction table is so important in the high load areas to dial in the fuel trims, but I think you are aware of that.

The ESC nanny never completely sleeps. I never found a solution for it, even ESC off on the DIC. I used to test it on wet roads in third. It will not do it 1st or 2nd gear, but it certainly does in third.
