    Not saving application key data?

    Evertime I restart my computer I have to re-enter the application key when bringing up the scanner or editor, not sure whats going on as this just started happening. Any idea's what is going on?

    The app key data is stored in your vcm suite.cfg file found in your hptuners-settings folder automatically so unless your computer is deleting this file/folder theres no reason it would ask you for the key again.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    I'm having the same problem, except its every time you open the program. Last time I emailed support it took almost two weeks for a reply, kind of hesitant to email them again, hoping somebody on here can help me fix this problem. It also comes up when you try to read or scan a vcm that it is invalid.

    Keep in mind Ive never tried to tune anything before the other day (06 dmax), so the program was never used before. Started immediately.

    Also, I looked for that settings folder and was unable to locate it.
