VVT delete - Cam sensor issues

Yesterday we did a cam swap on my 6.2l. We deleted VVT with the Thunder kit and replaced all that good stuff. The only issue I have is a cam sensor position code. I know the cam sensor is good, the sprocket is good, and the cam bolt is tight. Is it throwing this code because we deleted the phaser and it's not plugged in?

You have to set p0010 and p0011 to "3 no error reported".
Also under Engine>Airflow>Variable camshaft>General set camshafts to "none".

Thanks! I got to looking at the actual code (instead of freaking out like I initially did) and saw that it was for the VVT phaser. I still need to change the camshaft value.
