    2 bar map help

I am lost I have an 02 Escalade 2 bar OS, I am useing what i think is a ZR-1 map sensor part number GM- 12615136, with the factory liner, and off set, settings from a 08 ZR-1. Linear 312.50 / offset 11.25. I try to scan it and if i use a 2 bar setting in the primary table nothing but 000, If I use the sae vacume map I get 000 to like down to 30 kpa when applying vacum I have cleared all the past car logs reset the scaner reboot it scane priameters but still the same thing I have tryed two maps sensors. I have checked the volts back to the ECM with a fluke and the voltage changes to the ecm but the scanner wont move, and all the wireing is been checked about three times any help would be great i will put up the loges and program

Didn't look at the tune, but the linear and offset are wrong for a 2 bar sensor.

Should be 200 and 10.33, roughly. But, it shouldn't cause the scanner to read zero. Sounds like you're using the wrong pid.

Edit: You need either the MAP Kpa or there should be a 2 bar pid that shows up for you.

For whats it worth to get my 2 bar map to read atmospheric pressure (101 here) I left the linear at 200 and the offset at 16.XX, with it around 10 it read around 95

I think he is running the 2bar SD OS but not an actual 2bar sensor. The scaler should be setup for the actual map sensor... the 2bar OS just signifies the VE only goes to 2bar. I'm not in front of my tuning computer right now so I can't look at the file.

If he has the PN in the post, he's got a 2 bar map. He also has the 2 bar OS applied. Reading the post again, I think he has more than one MAP pid active in the scanner. That will zero one of them out IIRC.

    map help

Thanks for the help guys I only have one map open in the scanner and it is the 2 bar map option that comes up as the option in the table. It is a two bar map I have checked it with a volt meter engine off key on at sea level in florida I think it was reading about 2.3 volts and I can use vacume or presure and it will go up or down from there the scaner just dos not see it. If I use the regular sae map it reads just fine to 105 kpa. I have the Linear map set at 200 and the offset now set at 7.99 and it is perfect at 101 kpa.
