Usually means the pcm has been previously modified from stock(possibly with a handheld programmer) and the checksums corrupted.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

The PCM has already been modified with HP Tuner.
Do you think the PCM is locked? because the person who has rescheduled a bum ...

PCM isn't locked thats for certain. The only suggestion I have is to get the original file that was read from the pcm by the previous tuner and you should be able to use that as your base.

Tech 2(dealership flash tool) flash to stock and then reread with our software.

I was advised (as I have the same sit.) to take a stock tune to whatever you plan on using from the repository....Flash/Write Entire. From that point your dealing with a .hpt file and not a .tft file. Will work so I am told.
This should fix it... I fixed in person (due to handhelds) and I recall flashing them entire with a known good file..
Try a write entire with a known good file. You will have to license that file (unless you already have a license for it) and the ECM (which you currently cannot read)... If it still throws the error (which it shouldn't) But that's what the fix for me was..
