    Strange setup help is needed

    Ok so the car is a 2006 cobalt ss/sc with a zzp turbo swap. s256 turbo running off a tial wastegate no boost controller and a liquid to air cooler. Maf is a blow through setup and has a lk9 saab intake mani with a 2.4l eco throttle body. On 10psi at only 6krpm (42#injectors) Car made 23xwhp. Problem is when the owner leaves and drives home car enters into limp mode every time. I drive it and long it on the street or the dyno and everything runs fine. No idea what is going on here. Is the 2.4tb the issue, blow through maf or something else. He comes back monday and i will post up logs and the tune file. but it wont help since it wont enter limp mode while logging.

    Sounds like throttle body why didn't he stay with lsj? Also can he get service codes pulled?

    P1514 error ? i take it there is no stored DTC i have had P1514, MapvsMAF and many other maybe i can help

    Probably because the LE5 bolts right up and the LSJ would need an adapter.

    Thought zzp modified the manifold for the lsj to bolt up.

    It could also be it isn't entering PE mode with mid throttle boosting. Ive seen that happen on a couple cars that were brought to me to fix the tune.
