GMPP crate engine harness- MAP sensor problem

I have run into a problem that hopefully some one here has run into as well. I dyno’ed tuned an LS3 engine on a Superflow dyno using an E67-ECM and a GMPP crate engine wire harness. It was an older LS3 (pre 2008) and used an older MAP sensor (part# 12594942). Everything went perfectly. Then I put a 2010 LS7 on the dyno that used a modern MAP (part#16212460). I then got a MAP voltage error DTC (P0108 Map Sensor High). Yes, I calibrated it correctly. No matter what I did I could not get this MAP to work. I even change the polarity of the wires in the connector. This has now happened again to another LS3 engine with a completely different GMPP Crate engine wire harness. The funny thing is, All engines will run fine with the old MAP (12594942).

Any ideas?? Anyone come across this problem.

Is the P0108 the only problem? Changing the available parameters while changing a MAP sensor wont get it 100% correct. If no other issues just dont enable the CEL to come on.
