    Missing LTFT Bank 1

    2001 Corvette Coupe A4, Maggie M112, LS6

I go to scan this vette and the Bank 1 LTFT shows as unsupported parameter and isn't available as a supported PID when I try to insert it,

LTFT Bank 2 is there as well as both STFTs.

Any ideas why this is happening?

How many PIDs (bits) are you trying to log? If you don't know look at the bottom of the table display.

Doesn't the scanner store a vehicle file by operating system number everytime you connect? Try deleting that and then reconnecting.

    I'm using the Default Imperial.cfg

    ECM Used (Table): 23
    ECM Used (Bits): 0

I don't have the car any longer to check that. I see the OS files though.

I just opened one of those up, it defines the unsupported pids. Open the one for that operating system up and see if Pid 7 is on the list. If so deleting the file and reconnecting should fix it.

    Use notepad.

Yes PID 7 is there under unsupported parameters.

Could I just edit the file and open it again?

Not sure, uncharted territory for me, never looked at these before until saw your question. From previous issues with hpt, I know that deleting the data files it creates can fix the problem. Try editing, I dont think it can hurt. If it does not work just delete the file and it will be recreated (hopefully without issues) next time you connect that vehicle.
