4.8L VE table vs 6.0L VE table

Thing is a friend just replace his 4.8L for a 6.0L

He still using his 4.8L PCM, and he ungraded his license to 2MAP.

Now, When I was checking his tune, VE table column numbers ran from 30KPA to 210KPA, normal thing for the 2BAR enhancement.

But numbers in between were in 10th, not in 5th like my table.

    Example it went like, 30, 40, 50, 60, ...210
    Mine goes 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55,....210.

The rest of the file seems to match mine.

Is there a way to change his values to resemble mine?

The differeance is in the pcm. You have an 0411 pcm, he has something newer. Newer pcms did not have room to double the size of the table, so they cut the resolution in half to double its capacity(or something to that effect).

so he is stuck with his low res VE primary table?

    no other way?

Yep stuck with it... the resolution still isn't bad honestly, it's just the resolution stock is overkill. ALOT of standalone EMS's still have less resolution than that even!
