write entire, now no start

its an 04 silverado ss. Well the ecu was locked, so we got another one from an 04 hd. It started when i first put that computer on, just raised the idle to check if it would start. Well we then got a file from another ss but it was an 03 and did a write entire, we thought it was an 04. Well then we got one from an actual 04 and did another write entire and now it wont crank or anything just like with the 03 file. The vats is set to none.
