Not Finding certain tables in the beta version

Since my serial number will only work with the beta version thats the version I have to use, and I cant find the Primary VE vs RPM vs Map,

Now Im new to tuning and I am following one of Greg Banishes dvd's which shows this table in his software but I cant find it in my beta version?

You don't have a typical ve table.. You have VE Coefficients and Predication Coefficients.. Most people run maf only but you can look here for more info,
