    Knock Retad Histogram Advice.

    Having collected a couple of logs files I was a bit surprised to see Main Spark - Knock Retard histo was populating with data.
    I used another scanner to read each of the Cylinder Knock History Pids to find they were all Zero, Like wise for learned Knock. The car fine drives find and there is no indication of any pinking (pre-detonation knock).
    Does this Knock table log ignition retard from any source - eg Torque Retard.

    I have noticed the VCM histogram for knock and the scanner don’t show knock in the same place. I’m not sure which one to trust? My Cylinder air mass (g/cyl) in the histogram only goes to 1.20 and when set up in the scanner hits 1.41 (g/cyl). The histogram continually shows knock in many of the cells, but the scanner now only shows 2 deg knock at shift points. Bill, can you help on this one?
