Check to make sure the drivers are installed properly
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

When you connect your interface to your laptop does the green power light illuminate?

Do you hear two distinct dings when you connect it to the laptop?

    Bill,
I keep scanning my car with the laptop and it shows it just fine when I go to play them back it says interface was not found. Verify itis connected properly and the vehicles diagnostic port has power. 03 Z06 Vette. It was working fine and the system decided to reboot so I pulled the cable but after that it still worked fine. what is up... I also can not read my old scans I store them on my laptop is shows them but they wont read on the scanner.
    Regards
    Kelly

I don't understand the question or issue. Your interface doesn't need to be connected or found to PLAYBACK a file. Sounds to me like you are trying to RECORD a log while not connected to your interface and vehicle. This is NOT an issue with our software and rather an issue what what you are doing specifically.

To playback a file simply open it or drag it into the scanner and hit play.
