6L80 trans TCC flares after cam, head and gear install (not shift point flares)

I started tuning a buddies 09 GT today after adding some new mods. He has a cam, heads, 3.45s, stock converter, headers/no cats exc. Not having any trouble doing the engine tuning since he has a wideband, but the TCC seems to be having some major issues! I haven't even been able to dial in the engine tuning because its so bad. I can barely get it rap out a single gear with out the the trans flaring heavily through out the RPM range. I have a lot of trans changes currently. Even when i put the trans portion of the tune back to stock, still flares bad (not shift point flares, they seem to be TCC locking and unlocking flares). I have the tune adjusted for his tire size and 3.45 gears. Might just be a simple TCC parameter change, but im not having any luck.

Quick screen shot below (you can see the RPM flares in the chart display)

Also, flares did NOT happen at all before the cam, heads and 3.45 gears...

    Any ideas?

SOOOOO, met up yesterday to try a bunch of TCC changes and whatnot and nothing was helping the slipping/flaring at all. The new beta allows you to now manually lock/unlock the converter via "on/off" section in the scanner. While doing this and logging TCC slip RPM PID, I ruled out the converter. The converter was doing nothing out of the ordinary. I figured it had to be the transmission, not the converter.

We knew that low transmission fluid causes funky things so this morning he took his car to the dealer and they had to add 3 quarts to the transmission. PROBLEM SOLVED! Runs great!

I hate when transmission fluid just evaporates right out of the transmission!
