    GTO system readiness failure??

Customer came in with on 05 Goat and a tuned ECM. It wont pass emissions here because the sytem readiness tests are showing incomplete for Oxygen sensors, Oxygen sensor heaters, Evaporative system, and catalyst system. There are no codes, and he's driven the thing 100 miles. Did the previous tuner do something that I can reverse to let it test? Thanks.

Nobody? I thought they had turned these systems off, but they are still working properly, and reporting.

Post the tune. They may not have the DTCs set right for reporting. If they don't report them correctly it will never be ready.

Plus mileage does not matter if they drive cycle criteria is not met.

Has he disconnected the battery in between there or reflashed the tune again?

9 times outta 10 it has to do with getting the correct drive cycle down to reset all the readiness monitors. I had similar issues on both my 2004 GTO and my 2009 Cobalt SS/TC after tuning. GM has a drive cycle to follow to get them all to reset. Sometimes it won't matter how many miles you drive (I drove a couple hundred and they still wern't "Ready"), you have to hit certain parameters for them to ready. There is a guide online on how to do it, unless you already know.

DTC's affect them as well as items in other tabs such as the General tab for the air pump and EGR. You can verify readiness using the scanner and clicking on the engine icon (in case someone needs that mentioned)

In the General Engine tab, I did notice that the "Catalyst Test" and "Post O2" test are disabled. Should they be on and the reporting be adjusted instead?
