Near stalling at startup and bucking

New at this so please bear with me.

Car is 03 ZO6 heads and cam, headers, stock intake, throttle body and MAF.
Intake Exhaust
617 624

Duration @ .050" Lift:
231 239

Intake Centerline: 109
Lobe sep: 113

Nearly stalls when starting then idles ok. Seems rich at first.
Bucks at light throttle/cruising.

The car has a manual transmission.

New problem though, rings went bad in 3 cylinders a few days ago.
Now searching for a short block.

Will use the thread again soon.
