    LNF 3bar MAP(s) conversion calibration?

Ive tried search but couldnt find the answer i was looking for. Is there any calibration changes to the MAP(s) function for doing a 3 bar conversion on a LNF? I dont see a table to plug in new data like for making an LS9 map work on new Camaro's and have it read boost. Is this a simple splice the new connectors in, bolt the sensors in and go sorta deal and now the PCM can read boost above xx psi with no other changes?

    Thanks in advance!

Im pretty sure the only way to caliberate the maps is to credit and write entire a GM stg 1 tune. I have a couple different years on file. Post up what year you need it for. There isnt any adjustments in the tune to change this yet for the LNFs. But You arnt supposed to splice the sensors in. You need to solder all the connections. People have had problemms with CELs improper boost readings and other wierd things when they were butt spliced with the splices in the kit.

Pretty sure all the map scalar tables are already in the software(2.23 at least).
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

This is a 2008 Cobalt SS, and i have 2.23. So if there is a way i can see a stage tune to get the linear and offset numbers, that would be great! The sensors are in, wires soldered and heat shrinked in, the car runs and drives fine now, just gotta make sure the MAP settings are right before i hand it back over. Thanks!

Those won't be accurate or helpful unless you extend the values to the max... Bill learned me

Unless you got the extended values, the car is going to pop a low performance MAP code.

I took my original VIN 2.5 bar file, imported every table from my current tune including the 3 bar MAP sensors and did a write entire. Hopefully this will work fine. I wanted to try it out.

I located a GMPP 08 C-SS/TC tune and grabbed the map vaules from that, and the screen shot posted above are the same numbers.

Right but there are more values out past the two decimals. You can't just copy and paste the values unless you extend the decimals all the way out our you will pop map performance codes.

I believe the injector constant goes out to 5 places. Maybe that's the one T-Man means.

These are the values in the '08 thru '10 GMPP files. On this particular table, there is no way to show any more decimal places that I can see.

No, I'm talking about the linear and offset values. Right click on either or and it will allows you to extend the decimals out further.

OK, thanks! I didn't try that. Since I set them diff = 0 from a stage file they carried over fine. Here they are expanded all the way out for whomever needs them.

Does it do anything to increase the P0106 high range to 304 kpa? At 4.75 volts the corresponding MAP should be 307kpa if I'm not mistaken (gimpster chart). If the high voltage fail is 4.9v I would think that you're well over 286kpa at that point.
