I have a problem with reading the 2009 sierra's.
I get a error message, on all of the trucks 2009 and newer.
This is bad for me because the customers are going to another workshop who has EFI live and they tune there, I am losing customers.
How do i fix this?
I noticed it reads the car as a 2000 model??? its a 2009.
Need a solution for this...

email support with a vcm suite infolog while connected to the vehicle in question and I'll get you fixed up.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

does it matter if there is more then one vehicle ? I get many of these cars in.
How do you get a infolog exactly? is there a howto anywhere?
