After Head Swap Idle Problem !!!???

In my truck (408 ci ) just swapped the Heads, and for some reason my TPS went damage.

Bought a new TPS, put it last night, and tune Idle.

My cam specs is on the sig.

It idles fine in P/N as per log. IAC 80+/- counts, 850+/- rpm, AFR 14.7-15, timing 23 ish

But as soon I shift to RD321 IAC jumps to 310.

Idle commanded is 875 rpm, but it shows 700+/- rpm. AFR drops 13.6+/-, timing 34 !

It holds, but somehow, I feel it a little harsh, not as smooth as P/N

Any suggestion to bring down the IAC accounts?

    Log, tune and cfg attached.
