Security Access Denied when updating OS

Today a friend of mine stopped by to update the OS of my car for a 2 bar SD tune. The car is a Procharged 2002 Corvette with 2 bar Cobalt MAP and standalone IAT sensor (no MAF). Every time we tried to write the new OS for the 2 bar tune, we received the following message: "Security Access Denied - Exceeded Number of Attempts". My friend's HPT version is 2.23 beta.

Oddly enough, we were able to write the original tune (non-2 bar OS) back into the PCM with no issue. Has anyone experienced this before or have any advice how to proceed? At this point I'm just trying to get the car in running condition to get to the dyno. Attached is a screengrab of the Access Denied message. I also have the original tune and the 2-bar tune that we failed to upload. If you'd like to see either of these, please let me know.

    Thanks for any help,
    Matt

Might be a bug in the beta he was using or something, email support.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Turns out the solution to this problem is reverting back to a non-beta version of HP Tuners. The newest beta version erred out every time, but the stable version worked as it should.
