    Need help with trans settings

I have an '06 Sierra 5.3 that already had a cam/headers/2600-2800stall/4L60e/Tuned when I bought it.
I did a 4L80e swap a few months ago and found out the PCM that was in the truck when I bought it was locked.
I bought another PCM(from spareECM on eBay) and got the truck running fairly decent and drivable with the 4L80e.
I sent the original PCM to Geoff at Engine Power Systems and had him unlock it, since the tune on it was much better than what I am capable of doing. Now that I have the unlocked PCM back I figured I could take the 4l80e settings I had gotten to work on the replacement PCM and copy them over and everything would work ok. But it didn't work out at all, the truck will die when you turn the a/c on, it bangs into 2 gear and the TCC doesnt seem to want to unlock when coming to a stop and a few other serious drivability issues.
Am I missing something when transfering the 4L80e settings between tunes?
Also on my 4L80e settings, the torque converter locks up in 2nd gear even though I believe I have it set to not lockup in 2nd unless I did that wrong too.

    All 3 files are below
Tune 1 with 4L60e.hpt - tune that was on the truck when I bought it(was the locked PCM)
Tune 2 with 4L80e settings.hpt - tune I'm currently using on the replacement PCM
    Tune 3 - Tune 1 with Tune 2 4L80e settings.hpt - Tune 1 with Tune 2 4L80e setting.

    Any help is extremely appreciated.
The 4L80e is from I believe an '01 Silverado that had a 6.0 and I'm using the stock converter that came from that truck for now. I am planning to go with a circle d 2800-3000stall in a few months.

Did HPT do a segment swap for you or did you just change the tranny to say it's running a 4L80e?
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
