    Engine Reving up at idle

OK, I have here a 02 camaro that I tuned!! No bolt ons but for a air lid and headers and the only internal mod is a cam! .242/.244 .635/.635. Got the car to idle like a champ and run like a bat out of hell! AFR at WOT is a perfect 12.7-12.8 and during idle its at 14.7! Problem being is that when the car is idling it will just randomly pull the RPMS to about 2000-2500 RPMs as if the throttle was stuck, but its a stock throttle body with no throttle pin adjustment to make it do that! Any ideas on what could be causing this!

Also another problem is the car blows white smoke constantly! At idle its minimal but when we are driving it puffs it out like it just took a hit from a bong!! Whats funny is when the car wasn't tuned it was really bad, now its way better but the AFR on the wide band is ideal right where it should be! First assumption is that car is way to fat but that's not the case!!
    Any help!!

Below are the attached tune and log! I didnt manage to get a log of the car pulling to 2500 RPMS!

White smoke is coolant. Better look into that.

Will Do. Thx! Any ideas on the random high idle problem?

Fix the white smoke first. What are the outside air temps when running the car? It's not just cold weather exhaust condensation is it?

On the Mac so haven't looked at the tune or log, however if this revving up at idle has just started out of the blue when it used to spot on then I would change out the TPS sensor. I had it happen to me on a couple of occasions/combos and it was the TPS sensor.

White smoke like steam as in blown head gasket or worse or something else?

Will check out the TPS and troubeshoot!! As for the white smoke, Car still reads the correct AFR, I do have to admit though that his car sounds like its a double lob if that makes any sense! It sounds like a heavy cam car but weird! Dont know how to really explain it!! I know they never took of the heads whe they swapped cams! Springs were set with the heads still on! Wonder how the gaset could have blown!!
    Any ideas!

No, it does it all the time! I think it might be a blown head gasket! Makes sense as to why it blows white smoke all the time and it doesnt pick it up on the wideband! Probobly leaking coolent into the cc and burning it!!

Is it using coolant? Sure it's not oil smoke? That can look white depending on the lighting. Also oil tends to linger in the air, and coolant evaporates pretty quickly. Should be a noticable difference in the smell between the two. Oil will smell like burnt oil, and coolant has a sweet smell. If it's enough raw fuel to be white smoke, it should wreak like fuel. I've seen that before too.

Tps issue fixed! It was a bad TPS! No more random high RPMs!
As for the white smoke; I adjusted the open loop tables by a few % and the ve, base running airflow and maf by a smidge! Now reading a tad lean about 13.1-13.2 on the wide band but still blowing white smoke! It doesn't smell like oil or coolent! His oil levels are fine and coolent level is still full! How can this be. Lean on the fuel and all fluid levels are good!
    Any ideas???
