    Falling flat on it's face during WOT ??!!

    Had this RCSB 5.3L/60e.
    Cam, heads, header, CAI.

    Most of the time I want to wot from stand still, or rolling at low speeds it just flat out and eventually (seconds after) start responding.

    There is stock stall, and head/cam is patriot universal combo !

    I notice in the log that sometimes timing falls to 1 degree. like in 1800 -3400 range briefly and without any apparent reason !

    Hope someone can take a look at the logs and give me a clue.

    Try logging things that pull timing.
    Burst knock, Torque management and things like that.
    Hsquared racing engines RHS 427, Procharger F2, Moran Billet Atomizer injectors, Alky Control,Mast LS7 heads, Nitrous outlet kit,Tilton quad disc clutch, DSS shaft, RKT56 ZR1 trans, RPM Quaife diff. Built and tuned by yours truly.

    It looks like the WHOLE timing table was multiplied by 2? 34-36 deg at WOT? If this engine is for some reason 7:1 compression, maybe I'm over reacting. Your injectors are static by 4700 RPMs. There is lot more to stress than than an occasional timing dip.

    To my knowledge is a 9.5:1 CR, NA, did not look any mayor KR at wot.

    Injectors are stock. Any reason for the Injectors to be static?

    What will be causing the low power launch?

    You can't tune by knock sensors. That has to be far too much timing.

    Injectors go static many reasons... I can see by the NBO2s that it's not rich, so they are simply too small or there is not enough fuel behind them from the pump.

    yeap, on that tune, he was using racing gas. now based on knock sensors I place a max timing of 31 and seems to work.

    Injectors are to small.....maybe a 42 will make it. Need a WB to check how lean is going from 4300rpm and up.

    Also the low power launch maybe the stock converter and the cam ? (232/230, .580 in./.578 in., 110 lobe separation)

    Do you think is going to Low power mode?

    I did modified those tables.....will them need more adjustment !?
