Also there is another error P1514
P1513 isn't set by the pcm(maybe the TAC module).
P1514 is usually set by the TAC, you can try setting the maf cylair max vs rpm to the max value to see if it goes away.
If not you might need to scale your ve/injector tables to get the p1514 code to go away.
