By emailing support with your serial number and requesting the newest beta.
If I hear when will Dodge be ready one more time...I might do one of these

If anyone has a 2011 Cruze with os id 12644082 you are more than welcome to post it up in this thread. Unfortunately for the security of our customers we do not post tune files.

i downloaded the latest beta again this am, diff 3 digit prefix on the end, and i am now able to open my file! These Boost control functions are kinda confusing with the duty cycle function basis. I kinda understand that aspect from dealing with aftermarket boot controllers but i can see this being alot of trial and error too. The BOV adjustability is nice too! Nowto figure out how to NOT get it to dump boost on a WOT flat foot shift only.

Yup i changed some stuff too, nothing with boost yet till i get some free time to sit on the dyno with a wideband at minimum. torque managment and timing are first on the list.

Lunch time in an hour, the playing will begin!

Yeah it looks like the software isn't picking up the vcm id number when flashing. I'll talk to Chris about it tonight.

What this means is single vcm licensing will not work temporarily until we fix whatever the issue is.

Year/model licensing should work without issue though(since our software won't care what vcm id number is there in the pcm). Because year/model licenses for these applications are pretty cheap(I think they are only 6 credits) it might not be a bad idea to do it this way if you want to play with your vehicle right away.

I've also added this information to the two threads I started as well as all the beta emails going out.

New beta up 2.23.632 that should fix the single vcm licensing issue.

what's the best way to find out more on tuning closed loop boost? duty cycles and waste gate tuning is new to me. just increase duty cycle until you get the boost you want?

also, anyone else notice its ve and maf hybrid all the way to 7000? what are the consequences of moving it to full maf around 3k?

also, what's the time frame for the tcm? the stock tune sucks.

Since this thing runs off of torque numbers for just about everthing, this method is kinda a backdoor way to raise the boost, but its where i plan to begin starting. I havent turned off the that VE yet in my dabbles, but when i do in Gen IV v8 cars, i think it makes a nice improvment in responsiveness and driveability.

I made changes to timing to get it to sustain 10-12 degrees with hints of 1-2 degrees of KR, upped the TM figures and brought PE in WAY sooner so its not so scary lean for the first couple thousand rpm, its a whole new car! Even at the 210 kpa its making in 93 degree temps today. This thing feels faster now on stock boost than with the mail order tune where it has 21. Its alot more linear and nice to drive in comparison. it actually PULLS to 6k now, instead of hitting hard at first then going bleh up top. I love it! thanks HPT for making tuning for these cars available!!!!

Scanned my first one today Il probably start tinkering with it tonight. For some reason I was thinking that this car would have came with a factory wideband like the lnf but guess not. maybe I just need to adjust my scanner. Is there any plans to support the auto 6speed?

I was told they do have a factory wideband. So your saying it does not?

I do not know. My best friend just got one so I will have acess at some point (I know his is a auto).
