Its because this is a custom operating system created by some other tuning software. We cannot support other softwares proprietary operating systems.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

What should I do now? I do not know the original team of ECM.
Can you this file or the ECM will activate (for hptuners)?

This was the genuine article customer file: http://web7.server11054.yco.de/upper...0211082018.tpc

With what program it was created?

I'm sure you can help me.

The ECM has been described by Trifecta Performance (but with what program). I would describe the ECM with HPTuners.

Trifecta Performance doesn't let you view or modify the tune. You have to contact them for changes, lease or buy the hardware to write the file, datalog & send it back to them for changes. They use their own custom software. (EZ Flash)

You can write entire over that tune with HPTuners, but then that tune is gone forever.
You would need another HPTuners file for the car to write over it.

To override my ECM, I need an OEM record.

While this isn't a Trifecta forum, (thanks for your patience Bill).

If Trifecta tuned your car, you should have the original file you saved before tuning it. If so, get the Trifecta software & hardware and flash it back to stock. I don't know any other way except to have a dealer flash the original files with a Tech II.

I decided to buy a used ECM on Ebay.
Thus can I ensure that I keep tuning of Trifecta.

The new ECM is replaced by the OEM software (Tech2). I can use to programmers, the second ECM.

The new ECM I would describe HPtuners.

Maybe you can help me. "Maybe"?

Backyard Turbo (BYT or Nick) has a good LNF base file in the tune repository, while it will need your own fuel trim tuning, it is a good place to start. He has several tuning threads in this forum also and a good "how to" on tuning the LNF.

You probably can't use his file, but you can copy & paste the tables into your own tune. Save your stock file first with a 'Read Entire' then make changes, save it to a different name and 'Write Calibration'.

    Enjoy!

I am actually having this same issue with a PCM i bought used on CSS.net. I cannot read entire the PCM because of a trifecta tune installed on it, and I cannot write entire because I don't have the original files to license the PCM. Am I completely up ***t creek or is there a way to license this PCM without a read? and then write entire my GMS1 file from my stock PCM to it ?

    Thanks so much again,

    Chris
