It should automatically trim them to about 1 data point every 100 rpm (if I remember correctly off the top of my head)

The only log that actually works for me is one from a dyno pull. And it's within a few HP.
Street pulls aren't even close.
Ok Im confused between people that actually know what their car dynos and them comparing it to VD and people that have an IDEA of what their car should make.
Sarge: can you send me one of your road logs? bradbarnhill at hotmail com
send me a dyno graph as well if you dont mind.
BTW ... this software has been out about a year in the other car forums and its been proven time and time again to be accurate against some of the reputable dynos. There are some VERY dishonest dynos out there that make people feel really good for no real reason other than the shops want to give you numbers using a correction factor of 1.3 (30% increase in numbers).
Thanks,

442rwhp is the dyno run
NOSpull6 is a street pull with 150 shot of nitrous. No wheel spin, 3rd gear pull from a roll.
Just rename files from .xls to .csv
is this the stock z06 specs? I could just add them to the program for the next release if so. What years does it apply to?
your software rocks !
I've tuned a corvette C5 Callaway Honkers/Headers ARH 1-3/4 / Borla
355 rwhp !
I've compared the C5 Z06 vs the C5 (red one)
Looks really reallistic
<CarMake>Pontiac</CarMake>
<CarModel>G8 GT 09 </CarModel>
<Weight>3945</Weight>
<TransGear3>1.532</TransGear3>

<FinalGearRatio>2.930</FinalGearRatio>
<DragCoefficient>0.33</DragCoefficient>
<FrontalArea>21</FrontalArea>
<TireDiameter>26.7</TireDiameter>
Does this apply to more than just the 09 year? In the next version of the software there is a year range in the XML, for this very reason.
That G8 data should be good for the 08-09 model years. Here is some 08-09 G8 GXP M6 data:
<CarMake>Pontiac</CarMake>
<CarModel>G8 GXP M6</CarModel>
<Weight>4050</Weight>
<TransGear3>1.43</TransGear3>
<TransGear4>1.00</TransGear4>
<FinalGearRatio>3.70</FinalGearRatio>
<DragCoefficient>0.33</DragCoefficient>
<FrontalArea>21</FrontalArea>
<TireDiameter>26.717</TireDiameter>
Thanks Brad for doing this!! I just downloaded this program and have yet to fool around with it, but it looks very promising! Can hardly wait to get this going!
'09 MGM G8 GT
is the GT data above is that a manual transmission gear ratio? I need to know the new XML files will need to specify auto or manual. Other than that I have the XML for the G8 GT and GXP for 08-09 in the next versions build so far. Any more cars you need added just send me the data
im getting error E101. my log isnt the greatest it has a 3rg gear pull and then coastdown included in the log. is it graphing the coastdown as well? Also it seems to graph about 4 or 5 lines. If i try to delete some unneeded paramaters in the csv file i get the 101 error
send me the unadultrated (non-modified) CSV to bradbarnhill at hotmail com

Im working on this issue ... Give me a bit to track it down.
