You dont have to change everything in the csv. you can just lower the wot threshold in the dyno program.

I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong but it's not working. Still getting the same no wot tps found. I went and made sure i'm logging both ETC Position % and Engine RPM (SAE). I went in the .csv file and made sure nothing was in front of the 100% area. I'm using the right profile for a cobalt so I'm really not sure what it can be.

you dont have to adjust any WOT value in VD. VD automatically finds the WOT section by looking for the highest value, whether its 88 or 100. Post a CSV or TXT as I dont have HP Tuners due to the fact Id have to install 30 loggers to have them all installed. Ill take a look and tell you what the issue is. You are making sure you stomp the accelerator to the floor when you log right? You arent doing part throttle runs right?

Full throttle runs. I must have something set up wrong because the other log didn't work either. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling too but that didn't work.

Yea, i'm not sure why it doesn't work. I've since reinstalled the scanner and the vd program and still no luck. Meh, oh well.

Lol no no, I've tried both logs from here and my own, all exported in the scanner to the desktop, with new profiles and everything. They all say the same thing no WOT TPS found and it asks to close the run. Could it be because I'm using the beta version that's out now??

    open the scan file.
go to the top drop down menu Scan
go to the bottom where it says Export Data
select where you want to save the .csv and name it, then click save.

open up the virtual dyno and drag/drop the .csv file and it will load up.

everyone cool down a minute ... is everyone having this problem in the new beta of HPT? If so someone send me a log from the new beta and lets get this solved instead of saying there is no fix in sight and panicking. I mean it was only a few days ago that this was reported, I just today by reading this log find out there is a new beta of HPT ... that could mean they changed the file format on me. No biggie just need to look at a new CSV from the program. Anyone got one I can get?

This is for an Australian Commodore 5.7 LS1 log file created with the new beta software. I have been trying to load it with the Camaro equivalent ?

I have loaded earlier non beta CSV logs still shows... No wide open throttle TPS data found.

However I did try to use the log file (CSV) by RooTBeeR it says... No wide open throttle TPS data found.

By the way an excellent piece of software, hopefully I can get it to work.

    Thanks
    John

crap ... gonna have to export that thing in CSV format for me as I dont have HPT. (If I installed all loggers I support Id have about 30 installed *ekkk*)

Ohh and since I had a '06 GTO which was a Holden Commodore basically ... lets get those cars supported. Send me the following specs on it:

    <CarMake>Chevrolet</CarMake>
    <CarModel>Camaro</CarModel>
    <CarSubModel>SS</CarSubModel>
    <StartYear>2010</StartYear>
    <EndYear>2011</EndYear>
    <Weight>3913</Weight>
    <TransTypeManual>false</TransTypeManual>
    <TransGear2>2.36</TransGear2>
    <TransGear3>1.53</TransGear3>
    <TransGear4>1.15</TransGear4>
    <TransGear5>0.85</TransGear5>
    <FinalGearRatio>3.27</FinalGearRatio>
    <DragCoefficient>0.35</DragCoefficient>
    <FrontalArea>25.3</FrontalArea>
    <TireDiameter>27.79</TireDiameter>

Note: Tire Diameter is in inches, Frontal Area is in square feet, and Weight is curb weight with fluids. Ohh and start and end year are the years this data applies to.

If ya send me that Ill just throw the Holdens of your choice in there.
