    No rpm in VCM Scanner

I've ran into this problem a few times in the last few months or so with 2005 Silverado's not having a way to log rpm. It show's the rpm/sae not to be available for that vehicle. Sometimes if I load an old file to them it will come back, but no real explaination to it. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I have sent an e-mail to support, just wondering how many others have seen this.

Can't say I've ever seen an issue before.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I'm suspecting it's just something not posted. I've had a few customers complain about this to me before, but after I've talked to a couple of them tonight they told me that after they un-installed and re-installed the program the issue went away. Instead of a problem with the software I think it just may be a problem caused during the install. Looking through I have a few samples of this occuring with various vehicles which I think I'll send to support just so they can see this. I know the rules on Beta and I'm not trying to break that. This post is just to see if many have had this issue or is it just something my friends and I are running into possibly from certain Window's OS's, updates, or other.

I'd love to hear/see more, a scanner log showing the issue & the config file being used would be a good start.

Pretty sure the person who had the issue just deleted the .os file in their vehicles folder, repolled the pcm and all was well.
