Casper LS1 to LS2 cam sensor harness

I had an LS2 installed in my 1968 Camaro, when I tool delivery of the car it would backfire during start up. After nine months of taking the car back to the shop the tuner??? had the same problem on a newer car that gave him a code.

My question is should the tuner seen that same code with my car?

I left out what the problem was, the Casper wiring crosses in the sheaving so the plug in to the LS1 harness is 180 off.

If it's wrong, just have him swap the pins. It happens constantly where they forget to do this in the wiring extension upgrades. As for the code, possibly, but it may take longer for one vehicle to throw it than another, depending on the strategy.
