    I have emailed you guys 3 or 4 times

    I need help with my credits, I have been charged and never received a new key via my email. Can someone please respond to my emails or PM me here. Thank you.

    by the way, you can always go to your customer log in page and under credits there is a link to get your latest application key, just click on.......

    , some times i have to do that to get my credits,
