    PCM won't Flash "Not lisensed"

    Here's what I've done. Licensed my truck and Downloaded the OEM file back in September. Been playing with the editor and scanner since. I downloaded the 2.23.3919.23342 Beta version of VCM suit as suggesterd by the Help guys to fix some bugs I had. Today I tried to flash the PCM with my first tune and it is saying the vehicel is not licensed???? I looked at the License infor and the truck is there whith the correct vin and a ID of 86CCSH??8005RU5D. When I read the PCM now the ID comes up with ## where the ?? are in the ID. I think this is the problem but I don't know why it changed? Any ideas???????

    I really don't want to use 2 credits to license the vehicel again...

    I just checked all the files i've been editing and saving for the last 2 months. All have the origenal VCM ID number the same with ?? in it.

    This is a known issue in the beta. The fix should be out next week.

    OK I don't need to flash my PCM today. How can I get the fix once out? I was also waiting on a fix for the stand alone scanner. I guess there was a chip issue or something, is that fix out yet?

    Is the fix complete for the licensing issue here? I need to flash this weekend. Can I remove the 2.23 Beta and reload the 2.22 version if this fix is ont complete?

    using 2.22 is your best bet for vortec pcms until the bug is fixed.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    This is getting frustrating...... I unistalled the beta..... Unistalled the VCM drivers....... Reinstalled the altedt drivers off the web site version 2.4.16.0 and I can't get the 2.22 to load keep getting the frame work error...
