ford mustang gt with supercharger installed

we have an issue with the car.

PSI from the charger is unknown.

    AFR is 12.5 WOT

after the run the car becomes extremely lean

    these are the codes

    ECM] P0141 - HO2S Heater Performance Bank 1 Sensor 2
    [ECM] P0161 - HO2S Heater Performance Bank 2 Sensor 2
[ECM] P1000 - OBD Systems Readiness Test Not Complete
[ECM] P2106 - Throttle Actuator Control System - Forced Limited Power

even when idling it goes relly lean

we have changed tps sesnor and the butterfly assembly as well.

    can it be tuning related

You need to mention at least which injectors and fuel pump Also which MAF the car is running on, to help you with the lean issue.

It might be the MAF transfer is out of range, fuel injectors calibration would do that too.

About the [ECM] P2106 - Throttle Actuator Control System - Forced Limited Power,

I have seen many Mustangs having the same problem even after changing the whole TB assembly on a completely stock cars, i need help on that too.

i think the car has the saleen charger but the stock ECU of a ford 4.6 GT

the funny thing is that we go for a run and all is good but obviously its lean as hell. 13.2:1 AFR

but if we try again it goes completely lean, where it will not even rev past 3k

If you changed the throttle body, you need to retune for it.

Please read: Put the stock throttle body back on. and get the car COMPLETELY tuned properly through the entire maf range.

Once this is accomplished then you can play with putting the larger throttle body on and recalibrating for it.

Trying to tune your current setup the way it is with the limited experience (do be offended, but i am making an assumption here that may be wrong) you have is a futile effort. Properly tuning the throttle body takes time and experience and the proper data logging.

Tip: if you feel you must have the extra few hp your larger throttle body will produce and are unwilling to tune the car first with just the stock throttle body, You can try using the GT500 throttle body values. transfer over the electronic throttle body table settings to the GT tune and see if that gets it close. It might be slightly close but will not be perfect.

Back to reiterate what i said above. You must have the MAF curve tuned right (stfts' within +/- 5% with the LTFT's off) and your wot afr set to 11.8 (my recomendation, other opinions may vary) once this is right then tuning of the LWFM tables should be done as well, but i have seen them left stock(not reccomended) and the car still run fair.

IF the above is out of your ability, then I'd reccomend a tuning course on the ford, or paying a ford tuner for several hours of his time or fly him to your dyno to give you a lesson.

Please don't be offended if anything sounded sarcastic was not meant to be, the information you have provided is limited and gives the impression of no ford experience. Maybe you are a very good ford guy and just failed to make the proper info available in your posts.

    good luck

Here did you change tps sesnor and the butterfly assembly with NEW stock unit or is it an aftermarket.

As Fox95 is assuming it is an aftermarket unit.
