IAT spark correction could be pulling. but without seeing a log of timing being pulled it is hard to say. log all your timing table pids and post it.

16 deg timing hummm.. do you mean at idle? Idle will pull timing to try to correct idle speed.

go two tm on engine side. start by setting etc tps max to 100-set etc inj disiable to 255 do the same for power hop. this is the main one set spark retard vs torque reduction to 0-set the tcs retard vs rpm to 0. see if it still pulling timeing.

befor you do any more wot test 1 open edtor go to spark high an low octane from 2800 to 8000 rpm and at 72 g/cyl set all to *15 then smooth the tables. then go to fule general set stoich afr to 14.68111. then to pe set enrichment rate 4.0 then to enable tps hot and cold set from 0 to 3000 set to 36 then 3500 to 8000 set to 10. then go to airflow set cylinder charge temperature set complex model to disable. need to no more on the mods you have what fule are you running. can you log the wideband as well. have you done ve/maf tuning yet?

VE = Volumetric Efficentcy or MAP sensor reading
MAF = Mass Air Flow or Maf sensor reading.

Probly two of the most important steps in tuning. With the turbo you could be running VERY Lean. I have not looked into your scan file yet but you really need to do the MAF/VE tuning ASAP!!!
You can MAF/VE tune using LTFT or STFT but its best to test against your wideband.

EDIT. Your STFT look pretty far off from 600rpm to 1200rpms showing a steady -13.3%
