2007 Trailblazer SS will not idle at times / new cam / new tune

Has anybody installed a cam and started having problems with idle only at times. The tune works good you can not ask for it to crank up or idle and better most of the time. you can flash a new tune in it and it will idle very good but it will sometime not idle for nothing after a flash.the tb can be running very good and just come to a stop and will not stay running you will have to get it running and hold your foot about 1/3 open for about 2 minutes and then it will idle .the cam gear has been replace with a 3 bolt gear for the cam to work bolt cam gears look the same ex 1 bolt vs 3 I think it might be the the cam sensor has anybody run into this it is not setting a dtc for it

Minimum idle airflow needs to be dialed up.

Startup Airflow should come up as well. Thought I put that. Perhaps raise your idle too?

Almost sounds like something is stopping the throttle plate from opening and then some times it just fails. Check and make sure it opens/closes smoothly.

It might idle fine for a day or two and you pull in somewhere and in will just cut off.The tb works good
