tcc lock up issue with 2002 a4 fbody

a friend of mine is having some issues with the new converter that was just installed randomly unlocking. The car is pretty much stock with 2.73 gears. he added a large trans cooler with the converter. It still has the misfire setting stock and we haven't gotten a data log for it yet.
Can some one look at this tune and see if maybe the part throttle shift points would effect the lock up and unlock? The shift points are all still stock. The converter in the car is a circle d 3200

The misifire detection gets thrown off by the smaller diameter converter. Either modify the tables until you can keep the conveter locked or disable it.
