INJ Bank 1 no data

I have a 2001 corvette, headers intake, a little minor tuning, when i did the tuning i did a few 1/8th mile runs, no knock retard, went to a dyno day today,did a scan on my pulls, and now injector bank 1 is showing no activity. and of the long term fuel trim is way up and i'm getting knock retard.

attached is the scan log.

the tune i am about 90% sure is the on that's in the car. I can pull it to be sure if need be.

i'm kind of dumbfounded while I'm still new, i didn't expect that to happen.

Email support these two files, a description of the issue, the config file you were using at the time and a vcm suite infolog while connected to the vehicle in question so I can review this further.
