    LSJ Emissions Tune

I am trying to get my brothers 2006 Cobalt SS supercharged to pass emissions. He deleted the cat and his MAF is broken. I plugged in an SD tune but it's still not passing. The readyness codes are not clearing. Can someone help? I have done this for my Camaro with success. But not familiar enough with this car.

if it says not ready you need to take in on the complete drive cycle. it involves a half hour procedure and it's outlined in the factory service manual. It'll read not ready after you flash the pcm or disconnect the battery. In essence you need to drive if for a while with the scanner hooked up and keep looking at the dtc's. You'll need to get the car up to temp and likely drive it on the highway.

I tried the MILS, readyness was not ready.

It was driven for a week after the flash. More than a week.

I'm trying to pass emisions. Trouble shooting.

Just driving it for a week wont necessarily run it through everything needed. You should search the forum for information on that readiness test to get the list of actions needed to complete it.
