    B1S1 off the charts

I'm just getting started with tuning, but I'm having an issue that's keeping me from getting the basics done. For some reason my B1 O2 isn't oscillating, and it's reading off the charts. I swapped in a new with the same results. The car runs great till it goes closed loop, then bank 1 goes way rich. Any advice on what to check would be greatly appreciated.
Car has LS6 Stage 2.5 heads, MS3 cam, Long Tubes w/cats, LS6 intake.

Have you thoroughly checked the wiring to the O2 sensor, melted, cut, etc.

Yeah, I just put a meter on it. I'm getting power to black as well as the white heater feeds.

Looks like you have a cylinder down. Or a really bad exhaust (upstream of 02) or vacuum leak.

    Could be
Injector not plugged in, bad injector, unplugged or bad coilpack, unplugged spark plug wire, cracked sparkplug, etc.,

Check all connections at injectors, coilpacks and spark plug wires. If there is nothing obvious, with the car running unplug one injector at a time, when you don't hear a change, you've found the right cylinder.
No change, do the same with the coilpack plugs.
No change, do the same with the sparkplug wires.

No change, Swap banks for the coilpacks, plugs, wires and injectors.

Remember, no combustion in one cylinder will show a lean bank 02 and fuel trims will be +.

Process of elimination will find the problem. Did you just put the car back together?

Yes, I did a total tear down of the drivetrain that started about 8 months ago. I have no leaks upstream that I can hear. I've welded most of the exhaust. I have a slight leak AFTER the O2 in the cats (didn't want to weld the cat in) but that shouldn't mess with fuel trims, right?
I'll run through the steps today you outlined when I get home. I was throwing a misfire code every so often, but I was contributing that to a rough idle to stall. Thanks for the advice edg. Hopefully be seeing you guys soon!

Jeff- I'm curious to see how I make out as well...lol.

Well get that man a cigar! Edg wins the O2 mystery game. I started by pulling plug wires, no change withany of them. I forgot how hard that was to judge on a V8. Started pulling injector wires, no change either, till I got to the third one. The engine started to surge. I noticed it was when I touched the main coil pack input. I pulled off the tape and was greeted with the attached picture of splices. The dark green was not making a connection, so I respliced, and she smoothed right out. I pulled a scan, and I'm now getting proper function from both the O2's. And as a bonus, my STFT's aren't bad considering all I did was reslope the injectors. I'm hovering around 2-3. fairly consistently. Easy fix! Thanks for all the help on this!

Yeah, I did a twist and tape just to check it was the only issue. I'll cut, solder, and shrink all of them tomorrow.
