I'm in a similar situation right now. I've been finished with my swap for about 10 days. It's my DD, and have been working on the tune in my spare time. I have yet to do a relearn, and have not thrown any codes.
I'll do it at some point. Even if it doesn't appear I need to, it can't hurt.
