What to tune for mileage and for some power? Any one with a 4.8 liter?

Also looking for a good conf file.

I will have to read the PCM, I have one that someone else has sent to me.

This isn't mine but it was supposed to be for a 2009 with the 4.8L, i did check the stock 5.3 and is different.
