    6.0l LQ4 on 5.3 PCM

I have a 6.0l in a Jeep, origianlly a 5.3l that spun a rod bearing. I just put the 6.0 in and was wondering. I looked up a stock 06 GMC Savana van since it's not drive by wire and my pcm is from a 01 silverado 5.3l. Do I just copy over everything from the savana file including injector offsets, VE table, Maf, and so on? The savana has a returnless fuel system and mine is a return system.

If it was me, I would use a 2001 6.0 file. Just make sure the injectors are the same. As it happens, I have one and will attach it.

I did copy everything over from a 01 6.0l tune but thought maybe GM has made some improvements on the newer stuff.

I'm working on an LM7 to LQ4 swap in my 03 Avalanche right now. I took the stock 5.3 bin and compared it with an 03 Silverado 1500HD. Since I used the intake/injectors from the 5.3, I left MAF and all injector data stock. I did copy VE, idle tables, and spark tables. It's not perfect, but a good starting point.
