Question concerning 3D map in editor

Tried a search with no luck (most likely the nomenclature) but can anyone tell me if we have the ability to move around the 3D map in the editor?

Zoom in/out but not move side to side/up and down.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Ok, makes sense but here's why I asked:

I've attached two identical timing maps (one mine, the other a fellow LNF owner) and one has much more visibility than the other (his>mine)

    Thanks for your help/time Bill
