What tcm do they use? If its the T43 we might already support it.

Good question.

It's an Aisin AF40 used in the Ford Taurus, Fusion, Volvo S80, and some other vehicles.
I do know it has an internal TCM if that matters at all.

did anyone figure out what tcm is uses? im looking over one thats got the 6spd tip-tronic/paddle-shifters for a manual one but i wouldnt mind an auto if i could tune it a bit

Hi I am new here and I have an 07 V-6 9-3 Aero with an Automatic.
Is my car and transmission supported?
Also, how can I check what my TCM is and post it?

Supported vehicle list can be found here http://www.hptuners.com/products/vcmsuite_vehicles.php Unlikely that we support the tcm from your vehicle unless its a T42 or T43

Thanks, being new, can you help me find out which TCM I have? Do I need to read my VIN or something else on my car.

Also, the main page has some demo screenshots of TPS vs Speed, vs Shift Speed curves and numbers.
Can anybody with a V-6 Aero post some screenshots of the default configuration and tuned values?

seeing that the T43 is the only 6speed auto tcm we support and the tcm is located inside the transmission theres no easy way.

With that said theres about a 99.9% chance your vehicle does not use a T43 controller.
