some sorta dfco problem if its not reading the maf value as an error I would guess.

I have dfco shut off because I am maf tuning. My injectors are set up right and I just rechecked my whole tune. Could it be a bad maf sensor?

Could you be out of fuel. I know the 2.8 is pushing the limits of 80lb injectors without a return style. Dont know though.

no thanks did that the other day didnt like the results. I had better results doing it this way. I am maxing out my injectors even though its only showing 80% my pw on them is out the roof. i have to get a return style fuel system now.

you should trust him, he is quite an experienced tuner. if you go your own route it seems you'll be having the issue your having.

Nope the issue has been resolved and fixed. Ether way my way or his way its the same thing in the end. The only difference is you are raping your map when you switch to 9.7 Stoich. I know hes a good tuner but I know better tuners that know more about running e85.

This is not true at all, and the whole reason the stoich value can be changed in the tune is to allow for fuel changes without needing to scale everything else. There was a huge thread about this recently.

Actually, YOU are the one raping your tables.... To each their own... You can't tell some people something, but you can tell them nothing....

To both of you up top. I am not going to argue but when I tuned for stoich at 9.7 I had to add 30% more fuel through my maf and I also had to add 30% more fuel through rest of the tune because the car just didnt like the stoich set at 9.7. Ether way you do the tune it turns out the exact same whether the stoich is 14.7 or 9.7. You get a little more hp from 9.7 but its not worth the hassle.
