You are using a beta version of software from several months ago that had a bug in it. Update to the newest beta and all will be well.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Thats not solving my issue... At the current moment I got it started and car is up to temp, did case learn, turned off at 4k... I'm not sure if i let off fast enough or not/ unsucessful. I am now trying to start the car again, the car cranks, tries to start and then turns off.
Whats your opinion to solve this now?

I had a similar problem when I changed my sensor but it was mechanical. Did you do the whole sensor phasing, lining up the notches in the body? I did all that but the sensor is weighted such that it wants to rotate some from where you started just as you insert it into the housing. You may want to check to make sure the sensor timing is where you thought it was.

If it's one hex off it will do what you are describing.

Sounds to me like theres more to it than just a simple crank relearn issue if the car won't start. Any dtc's?

"The ignition module receives a signal from the sensor which tells it when to fire number one cylinder. From then on the ignition module takes over and follows the firing order. With no signal from the crank position sensor the ignition module won't generate a spark. Ralph went to the auto supply store and bought one"

Case Learn will only be successfull if NO dtc's exsist
    except for P1336(case not learned).
The car should start and run fine with only P1336 present.
ECT must be at least 158 degrees for case to be a success.
