most of your knock appears to be tip in knock...right as your Throttle goes up...it knocks...
thats usually a fueling problem
you shold log MAF Hz and plot LTFT/STFT vs the MAF table as your v6's only use the MAF and do not need the VE...VE is only used when MAF is removed or when it goes bad.
otherwise it looks pretty normal to me...
fix teh fueling, and you will probably get rid of that small amount of tip in knock retard you are seeing
