Same log from Friday as above with the 2 PID's in the same group. Not too shabby. Mani PSI will show vac/boost, Charge PSI only shows the lower CP pressure.

Tried dropping my DALs quite a bit (260s) and I still spiked to 26lbs this morning... Going to put the DAL back to stock with some slight tweaks past 4500 (4490) RPM.

Wondering if I should back down on the Max air load table as well?

Thats what i did! ran the stock GM tune DAL and went up about 10% or so in the higher RPM's, but it still spikes to 27-29psi on a heavy load. and the MALT table is at 100% on most of the table.

Here is a short video of my boost gauge

I've got 315-320 on the high rpm/load range. I am seeing 30psi peak and 23.2 at redline (7000rpm).

    Should I down my DALs?

Are you getting any knock? And could you post up a log of a run?

There is some knock but I had it before too (almost stock tables), I think it's due to the MAF which is located on a 2.5" pipe, I've recalibrated too many times and it seems it is not too accurate to make the 2.5" pipe readings as accurate as in the 3" pipe. I am waiting for a 3" pipe and keep things in order.

I would be afraid to push 30psi for very long on the stock turbo. I don't think the piston ringlands like much over 25 either.

Is possible to have 25psi (no peaks) between 3500 and 7000rpm?

I'd love it (and my clutch too).

have another log of a pull and driving around while going WOT and not just at idle?

270 kPa is around 24 psi. I'd work from there to save the piston ring lands & turbo.

I'm not seeing PID.2339...yes I'm new to this. I've tried a couple things to get a boost reading in psi, but no luck so far.

Perhaps scroll down the list farther, IIRC, they are not in order. Been a while since I looked though.

Yeah, I noticed that, but I still don't see it. It appears to be working though. I'll have to get a new log to make sure.

Is it me or is the tmap sensor reading more boost during part throttle than the map on the intake manifold? At full throttle they're both dead on.

It's possible, the throttle plate is in between the two sensors so the turbo can be generating more pressure in the lower CP than the throttle plate is letting into the intake manifold. I never paid attention to that.
